
on yoga, reiki, tai chi and Qi Gong?
I am interested in taking some lessons for spiritual growth, health and feel better about myself same. I’m from Toronto, what would recommend u, need not be one of my examples, but what I think is best. personal experience would be appreciated places and the names of those in Toronto, thanks
Yoga is an excellent place to start. My mother is a Reiki Master, if I get my dose of Reiki each time you visit … but is difficult to find a reiki master and not a massage therapist calling g is the real trick reiki. Yoga helps you focus your mind, control your breathing and increase flexibility. Then you can go to tai chi. Tai Chi requires more concentration and patience. I’ve never done Qi Gong … But getting a bit of yoga. Do not try until you have mastered Pilates the form of yoga. Also, be careful when doing yoga. I’m ridiculously flexible, but I’ve been doing yoga all my life. When new people come, see what I do and try to do the same, which is impossible. Work on the improvement of breathing. Work on your posture. After a few weeks you can begin to challenge you. Good luck.
